My first and foremost philosophy about nutrition is that we should be nourishing our bodies as much as possible with REAL FOOD!What ISN’T real food? It isn’t something that can be created in a factory or a science lab. It isn’t something that contains a long list of unpronounceable ingredients. It isn’t something that can last for years without spoiling. It isn’t something that has to be fortified with nutrients to replace what what lost during processing.
